What is domiciliary care?
Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but require additional support with activities, including household tasks, personal care and any other activity that allows them to maintain both their independence and quality of life.
Our domiciliary care service provides care to service users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. We provide an extensive selection of cost effective, high quality, flexible and responsive home care services.
- Personal and continence care
- Managing medication, ordering and collecting prescriptions
- Helping to mobilise in and around the home
- Household tasks and meal preparation
- Clinical care, including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding.
- Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene.
- Sit ins
- Some assistance with dressing
- Some assistance with getting to / from the toilet.
- May require a commode or bottle emptied.
- Providing companionship
