Recruitment Process & Compliance
Patience Care Solutions is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and is bound by UK legislative requirements and industry best practice. We offer training, support and supervision to our staff. Vetting of staff is mandatory to ensure we employ the right people for the job and maintain our vision , values and professional integrity. We carefully select candidates who display excellent personal values , caring and willing to learn with a good teamwork spirit.
First Stage
- An initial telephone pre-screening interview is conducted.
- The Application form is reviewed to ensure that it is fully completed and error free.
- Should the application meet the shortlisting criteria the candidate is invited to attend an interview.
- All interviews are competency based, meaning questions asked are designed to assess a candidate’s ability to successfully fulfil the role.
Second Stage
- Should you be offered and accept the role, several pre-employment checks will be completed prior to the candidate joining Patience Care Solutions team.
- References need to cover at least 3 years including your most recent employer.
Third Stage
- When DBS clearance, Occupational Health clearance and all references are obtained.
- Training and induction is organised and completed
- The candidate full file is reviewed then signed off for work.
- Candidate is ready to start work.
Fourth Stage
- Successful candidates are placed in work with our clients, they are fully supported to settle well and receive any specialist training that maybe required for their role.
